If you find no success, then the last resort is to uninstall the Windows 10 KB4532693 Cumulative Update and wait till Microsoft releases the fix.

1. Launch Windows 10 Settings.
2. Click on Update and Security.
3. Click on Windows Update.
4. On the right side, click the View update history option.
5. Click on the Uninstall updates option.
6. Select the item Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4524244).
7. Click on the Uninstall button and then click the Yes button.
8. Click on the Restart button to apply the changes.
